Dispatchers can manually enter jobs from phone calls or import spreadsheets in bulk, then assign technicians with a single click using the Quick Dispatch system. The platform includes real-time GPS tracking, automated route optimization, region-based job grouping, payout calculations with configurable rules, and a dedicated technician mobile portal for check-ins and job updates. Built with a multi-tenant architecture, LeadRoute supports multiple organizations with role-based access for admins, project managers, lead techs, and assistants.
